Great place, clean, renovated, comfortable, nice location
The welcoming staff was quite serious and not really friendly. In check out had a better experiance. The walk from the subway is pretty short but not that easy with a large suitcase. The price from Sat-Sun was too expensive.

Excellent location, really nice facility, and great staff.
Rooms and bathroom are very small, so can be challenging moving around for multiple people, storing suitcases, etc..

Location was great, price was reasonable. You pay for what you get.
No cleaning - the front desk confirmed if I wanted cleaning everyday when I checked in, and no one cleaned my room in 5 days. I asked the manager and the front desk within those days and no one was sent to clean the room.
Not a fan of the toilet/shower situation
In-room phone didn’t work - had to use my cell phone to call the hotel to request an iron

i liked that it was in a nice area and a good find price wise for what i needed it for.
you can hear literally everything that goes on outside the room. every noise and it sounds very clear.

Parking on site. Water, coffee, and tea on site. Loved the POD room as it was very clean and had a very comfortable bed. I loved the space saving hardware and layout of the room. Great shower pressure!
Service at the front desk was a bit slow because only one person available but overall the service staff was very helpful and friendly.
