After a mix up through another rental cancellation, the phoenix hotel took us in the same day, which is a blessing in itself. It was great for a last minute stay. If I ever need a place to stay and don’t know where to go this is a Good spot.
We had troubles with connecting Wi-Fi but, still had great cell service.

Hotel location offers nice views over Manhathan and is close to the water, in between the Sunset park and the Green-Wood cemetery. Room was decently sized and with a bathtub.
It was noisy over nights. Cleaning once came early in the morning and made lots of noise in the holloways.
