I arrived at 8pm and they told me the room wasn't ready. I thought check in was 3pm so why is the room not ready? Horrible experience

Nothing. The bathroom did not work all night until day.
The bathroom did not work and the front desk manager was screaming at me. I was pouring blood everywhere. And he was screaming at me to let me know that he was a cancer patient which is why he shouldnt have to refund my money for a broken room.

I was really happy with the service of the staff for letting me check in early and allowing me to free up time to get ready for a Business meeting that afternoon. The room was comfortable and clean and I had a decent view from my room.
The location is close to many things, but everything kind of closes early

very little except its proximity to the subway station
The bolt locks on the doors of 3 rooms we tried were installed wrong and could not be used. There was an auxiliary lock, adequate though hardly secure feeling. There were no cups, adequate towels, soap in the shower dispenser. A dive for the money.

A Russian Muslim woman came running into my room around 3 am when I opened the door to see what the noise was in the hallway after her husband attempted to strangle her to death in front of their infant in the room next door. I called the front desk to call the police. A 4 foot 90 pound Guyanese guy came up to try and solve the Problem like he could stop the guy. He insisted he did call the police after we waited 20 minutes for them to come. The crazed husband was trying to get his battered wife back for my bathroom and wouldnt let me shut the door to wait till the police came. The employee of the hotel threatened to throw my family out for getting involved and wanted us to give the man back his wife. She called the police from my phone and SURPRISE, the hotel never notified them of an incident. Zero stars for a hotel who protects men who try and murder their wives there.
