The hostel was very spacious. Had a big TV for people to meet at. Coffee 24 hours a day. Lots of cool artwork everywhere. Close to shops, bars and the metro. Air conditioned rooms. Games room.

We were in the triple private room with a private bathroom and the room was huge. Really nice shower and the free coffee and water were good too. Really good value for money. Oh, and the spray paint art was great. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the closest subway stations so it’s easy to get to manhattan.
The beds were solid and the pillows were like resting your head on a block of concrete.

Disappointing
While I enjoyed the complimentary morning coffee and the luggage storage service, I was disappointed by the abrupt manner of some reception staff. Additionally, I regret to inform you that some of my personal items were stolen from my room during my stay.

Having our own bathroom in the room.
When there was a problem with my side light cable not reaching the plug it was sorted quickly by the staff.
Couldn’t understand why a hostel doesn’t have a toaster?
I like to cook meals and the cooker hob was worse than useless which was disappointing after buying fresh food that needed a hob to cook.
It was clean but not as thorough in the rooms….bit of a quick job day to day.
The shower curtain in room 105 could be improved and understand why towels needed to be put across the front to stop water escaping. It would have been good to have these changed daily at standard for hygiene.
It would be helpful to have a hook by the shower entrance for towels.
Suprised to find a member of staff smoking a joint outside when I come back at 4.30am from a night out.

Conveniently placed with great staff and free water (from the fridge ice maker). 24hr front desk staff was comforting.
It is nothing they can control. I just prefer bunk bed hostels with privacy screens instead of open beds
