I called the hotel for directions on the night of my arrival, and was told, “ your reservation has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances” Hotel Never emailed or call me to notify. I was walking around freezing NYC to get to this hotel. Had to scramble to find a new hotel on the night of our arrival

Quality is 0 , desk staff are so unfriendly. Also I paid before coming full . They ask for 150 deposit. My credit card was not working in US . And they did not let me in with a kid .
