The gym was nice
Room was very old, curtain wouldn’t close. Overall it was fine, it’s just that this hotel is a lot more expensive compared to other hotels in the neighborhood I also stayed at and it’s really not worth the price difference. Also I don’t understand why Marriott can’t provide normal receipts. Had to reach out 5 times, still haven’t received it

The staff was awesome. So understanding. We actually live down the street but had to relocate due to water damage in our apartment. THey were so understanding
when it gets busy the prices go up pretty dramatically

30.00 mandatory fee to spend at their coffee shop every day. The shop didn't carry enough things we like and it was overpriced. Coffee wasn't great.

nothing really stood out as being great.
the rooms were outdated and small. there was no view. they hit you with a $30 fee when you check in which was not listed anywhere when we booked the room. Then you can use it for an over priced breakfast or bar bill.

Excellent location. Great room for 4 people. Easy access to everything. Good coffee in the cafe. The staff is what made it great. Nick & Michael at the door with fantastic tips. Candis & the reception team were incredibly helpful. We got extra sheets without any problem. Quick and extremely efficient service. Many, many thanks!!

Room was great, location was great, daily maid service awesome and most importantly the staff was exceptional. We were relocating because of nearby apartment flooded and the staff could not have been nicer.
the price point was high but it was on par for the neighborhood. Brooklyn is just like that

Located within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Staff is very kind and helpful
The bar is a bit shady. I purchased 3 drinks that estimated to about $80, was almost charged $100,000 more!! Recommend not charging it to room, use cash.
