Welcoming lobby area; clean rooms; coffee service in lobby downstairs After being dumped from one room to another pleasant front desk clerk comped me for a full breakfast. It wasnt her fault. Admin person didnt offer any compensation
I was informed by phone that I might have to change rooms after I had been there2 days so hvac could be worked on. No one ever called again to tell me yes or no. I called to enquire as I was about to return and that person cavalierly said yes. Poor co

Water in vending machines were all sold out in 9th floor and the 10th, 11th floorI arrived in midnight and ended up drinking tap water (I heard its safe to drink though). Wish the hotel has supplied the stocks

The staff were very friendly and respectful.
We opted not to have the room cleaned the first day. Would have liked a spare roll of toilet paper left the next day. But all in all the room was neat and clean

Service and friendliness of almost all of the staff. The security and door personnel was very friendly and kind. The front desk personnel were kind and accommodating. The room cleaners were kind and very helpful.
I did have an incident with a bartender who was not very attentive to my request for service and was rude. However, after I mentioned it to the front desk staff, the young woman reported it immediately and we were adequately compensated with a complimentary breakfast in M Club.

Good location, decent amenities, staff is very friendly and helpful.
Room felt outdated (front door stuck, bathroom door didnt close properly). It is also quite pricey as compared with properties with similar amenities in the area. I may stay here again but would need to upgrade the room to make it worthwhile.

I like the location. My Chinese housekeeper and my bellman. The black guy behind the front desk was rude. He was there on Oct 4. Not helpful at all. But the worst is the internet. There is no excuse for a hotel this size and a Marriott not to provide a free internet to hotel guests without having to go through so much trouble and still didn't get it. No service for food. The only coffee shop with a long line is shut down at 11 am. We came back after a long day in the city wanting to go to the pool and shut down at 5. I will NEVER recommend this hotel.

The fitness area and the swimming pool are top. The great place of the hotel is a plus. You can take the line A express by the air train it is the fast and better way to go to the hotel.
The employees are king and very helpful.
