Location was a block & couple streets over from subway station. Room was clean & good quality towels. Easy to operate the heating/ cooling system.
The toilet made a dripping sound so had to keep the bathroom doors closed.
Walls could be better insulated as you could hear talking of people in next rooms .
There were not sufficient & easily accessible electrical outlets.

Staff were friendly - we had a king room which was a good size and immaculate. The bed was comfortable. Large Tv, fridge coffee machine. It was ideally situated for what we wanted.
Breakfast room is small, just 4 tables and a ledge across the back wall, definitely need more chairs.
Breakfast was basic, toast, muffins, yoghurts, fruit a waffle machine, then sausage and flat rounds of scrambled egg.
Hot and cold drinks.
Not liking paper plates/bowls/cutlery though.
We were on first floor by reception and breakfast it was very noisy.

Overall, I really liked the bedroom, very clean and confortable. The workers were very attentive and the experience was pleasant. It is a bit far out in brooklyn, but quality-price was excelent.

We were able to check in early. Even though it cost us 75.00 extra.
In room coffee makers cords don't reach to outlets. We had to put it on the floor!
