It was a good experience to book this hotel. Not too price.
I would like to get this parking lot included on the package. At least people should go out and get it to the parking more than once. If you leave for a ride in the city you loose your stop. That's crazy!

Need to change or upgrade certain basic items. This time, chair cushion is used up; door to bathroom old and scratched up, doesn’t close smoothly

I liked the day i check out the TV had only 1 station with 2 remote controls that didn't work.
I didn't like the location atmosphere not enough parking and the view is really bad.

No sound proofing. Unfortunately the desk is not staff 24 seven and when another guest started playing music with a deep bass from midnight till 3 AM there was no way to get relief. Breakfast was minimal at best… And the dining area was not welcoming or comfortable.

I've been here since Friday and this hotel is so nice the workers the staff the people that stay here I never had a problem. They're really nice to you. Their food is good. Their breakfast. Their rooms are nice and clean and it's nice and quiet here and nobody bother

Check in time is 3pm, we got there at 5:30pm but our room wasn’t ready. Front desk clerk asked us to wait 5 minutes but it took 20 minutes for him to tell us to go up to the room, but the room wasn’t still ready yet. When we got in the room, there were hairs on the bed. The room was so tiny, bathroom is so small doesn’t even have a proper door or lock. The breakfast room is tiny as well. Do not recommend this place with a family. There was weed smell in the hallways and elevator.

Horrible experience. Basement room with hardly any heat. T 16 C in the room. Room was tiny. Bathroom with the closet door. Breakfast was awful. Small room with hundred people trying to get something to eat. We left without breakfast. We haven’t had experience like that. The price was the same as the hotels near time square. We had to cancel that hotel and rebook this one because of the snow storm and proximity to the cruise port.

AC didn't worked properly, bed feels like hell looks like there are bugs in it felt skin irritation and itching after sleeping on it Also I checked in very late around 11 PM but I called them before 3 PM and asked them to hold a nice room but they didn't when asked them they simply said you came late and it's your problem Breakfast bagels are too hard looks like they are not fresh Only the breakfast staff was friendly
