The location
The staff was not professional. When we arrived no one was at the front desk. It took over 20 minutes for the staff to arrive. The front lobby was dirty and furniture was covered with stains. Room was small and the bathroom look like a closet. Bathroom door had no lock and you could see through the cracks of the door. Also floor was dirty and had gum stuck to the floor. Lobby also smelled like a dirty old mop.

It’s near to the Brooklyn Cruise terminal
The location of the hotel seems not in a safe neighborhood. Our room was placed nearby the kitchen due to late check in. It’s really loud since 5 am. The washroom is tiny, and spooky.

The location was good
There were questionable people every night sitting in the lobby. No washcloths even after requesting them numerous times. The beds only had 2 pillows. We requested a crib also numerous times and never received it. The breakfast room had very limited seating and was always full
