Just near T station
Upon arrival at 8:00 PM, the assigned room was not immediately available, necessitating a wait of over an hour. Furthermore, the room's size and the comfort of the beds were found to be unsatisfactory.

This was unfortunately the worst hotel experience I have ever had in all my years of traveling.
• I specifically requested a quiet room, but for two nights in a row I could only sleep about 3 hours each night because of constant noise (first from an ice machine, then from noisy neighbors). The staff refused to help with the situation.
• The shower dispenser was completely empty of body wash, which I only discovered while taking a shower. When I called the front desk for help, the employee on duty (Andy) refused to bring it and responded sarcastically, saying his shift was ending soon. As a result, I was left unwashed and very uncomfortable.
• At breakfast, I witnessed extremely unhygienic practices: a staff member used the same dirty rag to wipe spilled milk from the floor (even dragging it across the floor with his foot) and then used it to wipe food counters and dining tables.
• Instead of resolving problems, the staff were rude and dismissive, and no supervisor was available when I asked for assistance.
Because of all this, I was exhausted, unclean, and unable to enjoy my trip in New York as planned.
The basic purpose of a hotel is to provide rest, hygiene, and comfort — none of these were delivered here. The service and conditions did not match the advertised standard (rating 7+). I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
