The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The building was fresh and well-renovated. Nice towels and linens in the room. Air conditioning set at a comfortable temperature.
The elevator was often slow to arrive. The breakfast room on a Saturday morning was overcrowded and the food selections were limited.

If you only need a place to sleep this place is okay, other than that there is no free parking on site, you need to pay a ridiculous amount per day to use the limited spots they have on the back of the building, off street parking is a pain in the a$$, somedays you need to wake up early to move your car and some nights you will be driving around just to be able to find a parking spot. The room had a really bad smell to it, there’s barely any lights, no fridge or microwave either in the rooms. Bed was comfortable at least

The location was convenient, and overall the stay was good. The area was accessible to nearby attractions and restaurants.
The biggest issue was the parking fee. They charged $50 per night, which is far too expensive. Otherwise, parking in this location requires relying almost completely on street parking, which can be difficult and inconvenient.

It was reasonably priced.
When I arrived back late, the doors opened automatically, no one was at the front desk, and I went to my room. Didn't seem to be very secure.

Very Good
Overall a pleasant stay in Brooklyn! Appreciated the small fridge in the room, which was a bit of a tight fit for 3 adults but manageable. Location is a bit off the beaten path in terms of proximity to sightseeing, but good value for the price and close to several neighborhood gems like coffee shops and small restaurants. Room on the 4th floor was quiet without much street noise.
Beds were a little uncomfortable but not the worst!
