Our tv didn’t work & when we called they said they’d be up & weren’t. When i checked in i said we had to cancel our second night because my infusion got denied. They told me I had to notify booking.com which I did & I was still charged for the room which is unacceptable. I’ll never stay here again or another la Quinta

we did not get any cleaning service at all. We had to change our room when we got there because the AC was not working. We had to go to another unit and then no one came to do any cleaning service. No one came at all to do anything else for us not even bring us enough towels to our room and last minute it brought us toilet paper. She saw us coming back to the room and was like oh here’s your toilet paper after three hours this day is unacceptable.

- It was close to a couple of good restaurants and bodegas
- I can lock the door
- the price was NOT worth the stay
- The lobby was hotter than outside (How.)
- The bathroom door does NOT have a lock on it because it’s an inverted closet
- There wasn’t a bar or bottle of soap to wash our hands with, had to use body wash
- The room wasn’t entirely cleaned properly; there were brown marks on the bedside lamp (…) and some kind of gunk in the corner of the bedside drawer
- No water bottles in the room, never investigated to see if there were any around the hotel because my expectations were already lowered from hour one
