Friendly staff, good and affordable food in the area, room was clean, shower and bed were good.
Walls very thin so could hear noise from rooms next door and hallway. Cigarette smoke kept wafting into room. Both made it difficult to sleep.

Excellent value. Very close to express subway and you can reach midtown in under 30 mins.
Very clean as well.
Nothing negative really. There’s not much going on right in that neighborhood but it’s close to the subway so that you can explore the whole city.?

Comfortable beds nice view of Manhattan
Had roaches and the room service didn't empty my trash for 3 days. TV remote was half broken. Room had scuffs on the walls and dents looked like they was still working on the property. Lobby super small

The entire building is dinghy, if not sleazy. The bathroom has a huge window into the main room, and vice versa. Anyone in the bathroom can be seen by anyone in the main room as they do their business. This is INSANE!!!! The remote for the TV was sticky. The A/C would sporadically turn off, or change temperature. The TV service was very weird, could not find familiar channels. All night long the building made repetitive, low-frequency, rhythmic pounding noises that were very disturbing. The towels were thin and did not feel great. The toilet seat has no cover, which is very unhygienic. Toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet fixture very well, very unsteady to experience it. Sheets and blankets barely covered the bed.
The stated price of approx $209/night "including all taxes and fees" was a blatant misrepresentation, because you added taxes and fees afterward which brought my total bill to over $268. I feel that you pulled a bait-and-switch on me, like I was lied to, and for all the above reasons, I feel like I deserve a full refund ASAP. I will never recommend your hotel to anyone.

Only the staff since they were kind
I didn’t like how dirty my room was. The walls were stained, the toilet didn’t work well, the AC was acting strange, and the room itself was superrr tiny.

cheated on my girlfriend with a girl i met at a party here. Cost me $--- for 2 hours, very last minute, but 10/10 was great and worth it. will definitely be back to cheat on her again.
