To be able to celebrate my birthday here at this hotel was a great first experience. This hotel has a excellent staff. Their respectful and nice. The room is very clean. The cleaning people come periodically. Give it take every 30 minutes or 10 minutes, but still, it’s good.

Not bad for the price, The hotel is located in Korean town, so many don't speak English. Parking isn't easy but there is a parking lot across the road. I felt safe and the hotel staff was nice.

Location. Elevator wasn't working for a few hours on a particular day . I had to walk up 4 flights of steps (I have a disability). Staff was unaware maintenance on ekevatorvwas goingvto happen. So they weren't able to give prior noticevto guests.
Bathroom sink was not draining properly for 2 days.
Breakfast was mostly sweet items. Cheesecake, brownies, muffins, Danish.
Could have added proteins on some days.

The rooms are so small, the location is so bad because of the food trucks around the hotel, the smell outside is extremely terrible. Moreover, for the mattress it was the worst mattress I have ever slept on, my wife and I had backache for the entire trip because of it. Please save your money and go to somewhere else

Very clean, beautiful stay breakfast is very good. The state was beautiful very pleasant people. I really enjoy myself there. Clean neighborhood. Good food.

The only positive things I can say were that it was clean, there was hot water in the shower, and it wasn’t too far from the Subway.
The room, bed, and bathroom were tiny for the price. The window did not open at all, so it was very stuffy, with a strange smell. We could hear the elevator running from our room. The pillows on the bed were flat and not comfortable. There was no lobby bathroom. Staff were not very friendly or welcoming. The hallway was freezing cold. Housekeeping came at 9:00 am while we were still in bed, and we could hear them vacuuming and cleaning very loudly in the rooms next to us, waking us up.
