Wonderful
The property was modern and very comfortable. Staff we helpful, it was in a quiet area so was nice to relax after spending time in manhattan
Location wasn’t the best if you want to be in the middle of NYC but has ideal transport links, takes about 30 mins on the underground to get into central manhattan so not bad, the area is safe and quiet, the subway is just down the street from the hotel, it was very affordable and in my opinion great value for money

The staff were friendly.
The breakfast area was in a hallway uncomfortable chairs, a breakfast bar up against a wall. The breakfast choices were poor. The room was tiny hardly walking space, it was freezing and all we had was a thing duvet that was ripped and had no sheet on it. The bathroom stank of urine. It was over priced for a run down area. Windows were unable to open a tiny bit to allow fresh air in, to air out the smell of the bathroom.
