The experience was better than expected. The staff, specifically the manager Ruhul and Anthony, were welcoming and kind. The room was small, but it was the perfect size for two people. It was clean and ready for us. There was nothing missing. We had the coffee in the morning and it was lovely.
It was a five-minute walk to the train station, and there were a lot of convenience stores nearby.
The only thing I didn't like was there was no mini fridge in the room. However, we were able to go downstairs to get water and ice. You pay for what you get as far as the facility. We were able to enjoy both Brooklyn and Manhattan. However, as fat as the treatment, you get a lot more than that. It was only smiles and politeness.

It was centrally located. The room was clean. The staff was very accommodating.
I wish it offered breakfast. I wish there was a parking option.

There was a night girl staff that was amazing! We loved her.
The location was questionable. Garbage every where, homeless, girls with only thongs on. Kids maybe 6-7 outside playing in the streets. Rats Rats Rats.
We got no sleep until after 2am and than the emergency door slams and wakes us back up. All night long. There is a night club that plays loud music til 2am. And it’s loud! The night club brings in women in only thongs and pasties. A women was dragged outside the night club barley moving and a car pulled up and three men took her into it and than back into the night club.
Did I say Rats?
A man was sleeping the best store down on his stomach flat on the side walk with one shoe off as people are walking around him.

The hotel is clean, the beds were comfy and the staff were AMAZING!
The neighborhood isn't the best, the music from the bar down below is a lot until 2am every night. The subway being right outside the window was loud every time it passed by.

This business is primarily a club. They play extremely loud music well into the morning. I was on one of their highest floors and still and got very limited sleep due to the excessively loud music. There is no soundproofing, so on top of the loud club music, you can hear every noise from neighbors and the hallway too.
