Its location is perfect for us, it's clean & comfortable.
In general I think the staff experience varies ... some more helpful than others but very basic. No signage or reminders to be quiet and both nights we were disturbed by other guests. This is our second stay here and i remember noise was an issue last year too :(

Everything is really clean & very European looking it I don’t how it’s considered a 3-star hotel everything looks astonishing. Plus they have free parking!
The heating system in the hallway was blowing out 100 degrees. I don’t know if it was just the floor I was on (the 6th) but it was crazy hot in the hallway outside the elevator on that floor!

We loved the service of the staff and the quality of the rooms for the price. The two young women who checked us in were so friendly and fun. We really appreciated their kindness. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of attention to detail in the rooms for what we consider a bit of a 'budget' hotel for NYC. Little touches like two shower heads, complimentary toothbrushes, various pillows, modern decor, beautiful lighting, comfy beds, all of the things that add to a great stay.
The noise from the street was loud during the day, but at night it was surprisingly quiet.

They could upgrade the soap/shampoo wasn't very good. Ask for extra pillows - very flat and not enough for us.

I loved the blue decor, the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was polite and helpful, the shower was spacious and hot. I didn't get to spend a lot of time on the terrace but I received my deposit back 4 hours after checking out, great experience can't wait to book again.
