The room view was amazing, with very comfortable beds. Very spacious and clean room. Everyone from Housekeeping, Maintenance, to Front Desk staff were so kind and friendly. I plan on staying here every time I am in the area!

Its location is perfect for us, it's clean & comfortable.
In general I think the staff experience varies ... some more helpful than others but very basic. No signage or reminders to be quiet and both nights we were disturbed by other guests. This is our second stay here and i remember noise was an issue last year too :(

Everything is really clean & very European looking it I don’t how it’s considered a 3-star hotel everything looks astonishing. Plus they have free parking!
The heating system in the hallway was blowing out 100 degrees. I don’t know if it was just the floor I was on (the 6th) but it was crazy hot in the hallway outside the elevator on that floor!

The location is good and the reception staff are very kind. The hotel is clean, but they should change the beds and the bed covers. They’re not very comfortable to sleep with
