The rooftop was closed during my stay.
Online when booking it says theres a hot tub/pool there is not.
The parking system was not explained to me currently. I couldn't drive anywhere but they charged me 80$

Location
This hotel looked like something out of the Eastern Block. The blue pillows and blanket that used were gross. The sliding door to the bathroom was basically painted plywood. The shades in the room were covered in dust. The front desk staff in the morning was very rude. I asked for an extra towel and she told me to find a cleaning person on my floor to ask her instead of having someone just bring one up.
Totally disappointed with my stay and will never be staying there again.

The housekeeper lady was very nice
The bed had a hole in the middle, which was very uncomfortable I didn't get the room that I requested. Which was the city view all I got was the U-Haul view I was not happy and it was my birthday. My back was killing me on the bed not good at all. And the parking lot was first-come and first-served bad and bad
