The industrial vibe, the simplicity of the design and the colours used (black frames and blinds), the style of the furniture. Excellent bed, very comfortable. Excellent bathroom with spectacularly nice toiletries
Cleanliness on arrival, the floor hadn't been swept/cleaned properly. I found a child's tooth on the floor near the bed (which I hope had fallen out naturally!). The balcony was in a poor state of repair and not pleasant enough to want to spend time on it, especially given the curious ambient smell in the outside air, but I appreciated the extra sense of space it gave. This isn't really a negative, but the place was showing distinct decorative wear and tear. It didn't bother me.
