It was super close to the location I needed to be in. It looks nice on the pictures but much more worn out in reality. The kingsize bed was true to size and room had enough space.
Furniture was old, there was durt, dust, stains on the wall. I wasn't even sure about sheets being fresh. Elevator in the hotel is the scariest and the slowest in the world

Thelady in front desk,I ask about the parking lot because it was empty the lady reply it was $25, when I return there was a gentleman, I ask him he also told me 25 not until I comment they didn't accommodated handycap. He told me to park lot was empty.

I like the theme. I m a singer so I love the play on words.
There was not anything I disliked, its just nature of NYC hotels. Most of them are not in the best shape. You do not go there to really luxuriate. Its a place to sleep.

This Hotel is Horrible! It is NOT a 3 star; it is more like a 1 star! The staff; was not Professional. I made a cash deposit; and they would not give me a receipt. The furniture; In the room was old and damaged. This hotel; should be Black listed!

Called 3 times day of reservation and no one picked up. Our room was in the basement, next to the open staff break room, with eye-level views of a dumpster. After paying, staff told me the room would be half the price the next day (I'd been ripped off).

I liked only the pictures on the website. Nothing else is there to like about this hotel.
The room had no curtain. The room phone wasnt working or plugged in. No ice bucket Available (a small thin plastic bag was given for me to put the ice into. Eventually it melted and flooded the area). The fire detector was falling off the ceiling.

The fat man behind the counter was always missing and I called the front desk 30 times to ask a question and when I went down sometimes no one was there
Front desk did not inform me that my 100$ will be put back in 5 days Very unperfessinal need new staff security was nice but need new elevators way too slow

When I checked out.
Everything. Overcharged. Heat not working. Found a nail in my bed (have photos for proof). Stained sheets. Missing pillows. Asked to change rooms. New room was also missing towels and there was NO hot water at all for showering or in the sink. Awful.

Hair band and rag covered the smoke detector. Window was open. Toilet was dirty. Staff unprofessionally dressed.

Quiet location in Brooklyn
It looks like this hotel is going broke. They do not re-supply soap in rooms, no lotion, the towels are thin and small. The hotel eliminated breakfast in the morning.

Hotel is very quiet - away from the bustle of the city while still only being 45 minutes from many attractions. The bed was comfortable.
Hotel was quite run down - scratches in the furniture, labels had rubbed off of shampoo and conditioner bottles, one ice machine in the entire hotel, only one very very slow elevator.

There is nothing which I can say to mention Best. The only thing is it's much closer to Manhattan where you can commute using subway train.
Place is surrounded by shabby environment and feels unsafe.

Pleasant
We were only there about 8 hours. Check in woman was friendly. Bell cart was readily available for our luggage. There was an ATM in the lobby.
Ithe room could have been cleaner.
