Close to the subway stop
Our first room didn't have heat. They sent up a maintenance person and he turned the heat to 88 and said we could adjust it when it warmed up. He said it's been cold in Brooklyn. There was also mold in the bathrooms. We switch rooms the next day to a warmer room. No one seemed to care. This Holiday Inn needs a refresher.

Room are clean and bed well setteld up. Some staff in the reception are very helpfull and could assist to fix or arrange reservation directly from the dest. I found it excellent and would encourage that kind of in person contact. Access to the hotel is easy and direct from the street.
Seem's lack of communication between room services concierge and administration. While the client is in the hotel, the booking service should be available and proceed in person. Encourage review of room price for long stay duration in the hotel, especially if client had traveled for holydays. Encouraging monthly rent payment would be very good for clients.

The convince was great, I made an error in booking and it was instantly fixed. I received my refund the very next day 10/10 highly recommend.
I would add the sheets need to be washed a bit better I had a stain on my sheet when I asked for my bed to be recharged.

The location was great for us. The staff was super nice and was eager to help.
The place is run down. It needs a big refresh. The heater in our room, despite an adjustment made by the building engineer, ran way too hot and we could not control it. The room thermostat was broken. The bathroom’s automatic light/ventilation system drove us crazy.
