Amazing location, best price/value I could find!
Housekeeping - only given one towel and one washcloth our last day of the stay, despite 2 guests in the room. On the first day, no towel for the floor, so I used a used bath towel for the floor. Washcloths are just cheap microfiber rags, not towels/terry cloth. Otherwise we were pretty satisfied with the room.

That housekeeping is the absolute WORST!!!!
I had to call the front desk a million times for wash cloths only for them to come hours later with a dust cloth.. I really would love to know what they did with the wash cloths but they give you towels

The location was really convenient, and the front desk and lobby staff were super welcoming and friendly. They made check-in easy and helped set a relaxed, comfortable tone for the whole stay.
Unfortunately, the LAZ Parking next to the hotel was very poorly managed. We were told by the front desk to request our car about 45 minutes in advance, which we did, but it still took over two hours. In the end, we had to walk to get the car ourselves, only to find out it wasn’t even in the garage next to the hotel. There was only one staff member working at the time, he was really kind, but you could tell he was overwhelmed and frustrated. On top of that, when we first dropped the car off, the attendant working that day was not very pleasant, which made the experience even worse.

Wonderful I enjoyed my stay the bed was real soft and nice and everything was clean I really like that I'll surely like to go back in the future
Only thing I didn't like is you have to come up with $300 cash deposit for the room other than that it was okay if you didn't have a credit card I had a credit card but I didn't want to use it because it takes too long to get the money back on there and I needed my $300 for other things other than that it was okay

Great location. Near the subway and major streets.
Hallway lights, visible under the door, made it hard to sleep. Noise from partying guest next door at 1 am. Chair and formica decor are old and show heavy signs of wear. Refrigerator was noisy and sounded like someone's heavy breathing.
