It was clean the the floor that I was on was quiet. I like that was very quiet so I like that
I did not like that at the end that we did not have a microwave or access to ice machine on our floor. Also, I did not see any face cloths in the room.

The location is excellent, the room was comfortable and clean.
We spent 3 nights there, and we did not have any room service (not even cleaning the trash bins) although we requested it at least two times. That was our only problem, but it was not pleasent.

The location was nice and the lobby was beautiful.
THE PICTURES ONLINE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOUR GONG INTO ITS A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The bathroom door doesn’t close , when the lady change our sheets we came back and saw foot prints on the bed that freaked us out. The wait for the elevator omg I could read a book and finished it and the elevator still didn’t came. The staff needs a hearing check because they don’t listen. I came to the front desk for a key I went all the way up to the 7th floor after waiting on that crazy elevator when I reached my room key doesn’t work omg secondly the room had no washcloths I called asking them for some washcloths 5 minutes after a nice lady came with 4 big towels I had to go down to the front desk asking for washcloths. I asked for a 12pm check out and I had to remind front desk and housekeeping I have a 12pm check out 3 times it was so annoying omg I will never come back to this hotel.

It’s banged up and needs a lot of TLC. Hallways were nasty dirty and the room carpet was bad.

Jacuzzi.
It was not entirely clean, I found an unused condom underneath bed side table whilst looking for my watch, bed is too soft feels like it’s worn out. Duvet inner had cuts and holes, and mattress was Badly stained. No cameras in the hall ways or elevator which makes the property unsafe.
