The staff was great, location was great. the room was decent.

I feel really bad about this hotel, I did the early check in and the housekeeping knock the door and open the door manually without approval TWICE, this is crazy.

The ambiance of the hotel in the lobby area as well as the availability of having a pool, sauna, and steam room.
The rooms are rather small.

Disappointing
The location to the subway for access to Manhattan was great.
The mattress was dipped on one side and needed changing. The coffee was restocked daily but not all parts so I had to find sugar and stirrers myself.
The elevators were disgusting with dirt and mess on the floor and walls. They just needed a daily clean.
The room lighting was odd with bedside switches only to one side of the bed which was the dipped mattress side!
