Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend, Especially for Exam Travelers
I booked this hotel because it was close to my USMLE testing center and had a reputable name, so I trusted it and made the reservation through your website. I arrived around 11 PM the night before my exam, which was scheduled early the next morning at 8 AM. I was exhausted and just needed a quiet night to rest.
Unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The front desk staff—specifically the lady working the night shift—was far from welcoming. She was dismissive and borderline rude, which was not something I expected after a long trip and before such an important day.
When I got to my room, I discovered that part of the carpet was completely soaked. I didn’t have the time or energy to request a room change, as I needed to get to sleep and be up by 6 AM. I figured I’d just deal with it.
In the morning, things got worse. When I went to take a shower, I realized there were no towels at all in the room—none. I called the front desk and was told someone would bring towels up, but after waiting 20 minutes and with no one showing up, I had no choice but to use an old shirt as a towel. I couldn’t afford to be late for my exam.
This was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. I expected at least the bare minimum for the price I paid—like clean, dry rooms and a towel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you’re staying for an important occasion. I honestly wish I could get my money back.

Excellent location, clean room. When rates are at their lowest, it's a good value.
Not enough elevators for the size, very few towels provided by default, awkward and cramped room layout (chair that blocks no matter where it goes, small gap between bed and bathroom etc)
