I loved the view once we had gotten into a better room!
Everything was dirty. The caulking in the bathroom was dirty and cracking. One of the "washclothes" had hair and dirt in it. The air in the hotel room was stuffy and the ac didn't work that great. And only two towels for two people

Not much. Will not stay there again. Too much light, noise, dirty carpet, coffee maker didn’t work. Small. Cramped bathroom. Very little space for toiletries.
Price. Way too expensive for the facility and location. Need self parking. Better customer service. Took 8 hours to get a replacement coffee maker. Had to ask 3 times.

Breakfast was great. Front desk was friendly and helpful.
Rooms could be updated. Room serivce sould be quicker asked for towel and took over an hour to recieve, Also the elevators are slow and an issue. Have service elevators would eleavate this.

The room light didn't work, the furniture was old, beat up, and the chair material was dry rotted and torn. The lamp had rust on the bottom of the stand. The AC container was dusty. Not appealing at all. We were very disappointed. We have stayed at many Holiday Inns, and this has been the worst.
