Location.
Indifferent front desk staff. Not friendly . Hotel room heat and cooling system not functioning. Really late on the day cleaning by hotel housekeeping and not done well. Promotes a $35.00 a day credit to spend at hotel, but then charges $10 for a Diet Coke. One of the two elevators broken during most of stay. No stairway to use going up. Created delays and backlog taking elevator. Texts from manager of hotel asking ‘how stay was’ was pointless!

Fantastic location in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn — close to great restaurants, shops, and easy subway access to Manhattan. The hotel feels modern and well-maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere throughout. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. The in-house restaurant exceeded expectations — the food was delicious, reasonably priced, and convenient for both breakfast and dinner.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, though the gym could use a few more equipment options and some of the hallways felt a bit dimly lit. Otherwise, everything met or exceeded expectations.

Great location! Close to many subway lines, restaurants, and shopping. Room was a good size
The shower didn’t drain and the light flickered. The room also seemed pretty worn, especially the bathroom.

Location is central.
Staff can’t be bothered to address problems. I was placed next to a loud room where people banging on doors and yelling at 12am. Called and front desk did nothing. Happened again after telling another person at the front desk. No one sent up, nothing. Add to it a $35 scam facilities fee in a place with no facilities and it’s the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had. I will not be staying at another Hilton for a very long time.

Recently renovated, the hotel was super fresh and clean. The location is excellent (for our purposes): 2 blocks from Jay Street Metrotech subway stop, a few blocks from Cadman Square and Brooklyn Heights, adjacent to Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill neighborhoods. It was terrific to have access to a bar, lounge, and small restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The decor is a little too generically "historic" rather than specific to its Brooklyn location. While clearly attempting to evoke Brooklyn and it's history, the decor actually featured antique maps of Manhattan. A major photo collage in the lobby actually showcases a view from Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Boston. Brooklyn has so many iconic views, history and structure, it was disappointing that the designers didn't make the effort to feature images of Brooklyn.
The pillows were great; the mattresses were subpar.
