Clean room new and comfy bed. Surprisingly quiet given the location. Text communications with staff very well done.
I had asked for a 400+ sf room, which I did not get. I asked twice, no luck. I paid $1K for 2 nights. For a smaller room than I had ordered. In the grand scheme of things it's no biggie but lesson here is check in asap, I got screwed because I checked in late on a busy holiday.

Fantastic location in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn — close to great restaurants, shops, and easy subway access to Manhattan. The hotel feels modern and well-maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere throughout. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. The in-house restaurant exceeded expectations — the food was delicious, reasonably priced, and convenient for both breakfast and dinner.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, though the gym could use a few more equipment options and some of the hallways felt a bit dimly lit. Otherwise, everything met or exceeded expectations.
