Not enough staff were working to keep the area clean. I felt bad for the two women trying to keep things going in the breakfast area, they couldn't have worked harder. More staff was needed.

We appreciated the hot breakfast and a nightcap at the bar at the end of the day.
We requested an extra pillow and it arrived from housekeeping promptly.

Hotel is clean and nice. Hotel is in close location to nearby sightseeing options. Hotel is less than 30min from Laguardia airport. Breakfast options are decent. A.C worked well. Room came with a microwave and fridge. Staff at Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Fitness center is nice.
Room size could be bigger for a two queen room, but many if not all hotels in the area had small square footage for the same room type too. Bar on property could have longer hours of operation but not a big issue.

Very pleasant staff, location is great ! I was in a one king bedroom for a night in NYC which the space was enough. It was small, but clean.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
First, the room I was given was not the room type I booked. I reserved a room with two queen beds and a bathtub, but the room had neither. When I raised the issue, the staff told me that they “don’t control what’s shown on Booking.com” and that the hotel “does not have queen beds,” which was confusing because then they should update the listing. Even after I mentioned that there was no bathtub, they insisted that the room had one, when in fact it only had a shower booth.
There were several other issues as well.
• The TV cable was unplugged, and I had to spend a long time figuring out how to get it to work.
• In the shower, small bugs kept coming out of the drain, which was extremely unpleasant.
• The bedding was not properly cleaned — when I lifted a pillow, I found multiple strands of hair underneath.
Overall, this was far below the standard I expected. I hope the hotel addresses these issues seriously, updates their room descriptions accurately, and improves their housekeeping and maintenance.

Nice staff. Specially all female staff and a gentleman on monday 1.30 shift (i cant remember his name).
Packcand play for baby came with no mattress? How i am supposed tocput my baby to sleep in there? On a cardboard sheet that comes with pack and play? They need to buy pack and play mattress. Need to have some bottle warmers for babies milk bottles, my bottle disnt fit in their microwave. Bed frame was old had lots of crack noise.
Why they r not wearing uniform? Its wierd see staff in different shirts
