Breakfast was not the usual standard that I am used to, but was not deal breaker. Room was neat and tidy and very up to date.
Really enjoyed the location and room was very modern. Menu at the bar could improve though.

Breakfast started on time as stated 6am. This was perfect as we had an early flight to catch. However more options for breakfast would be nice.
Towels in the room were too harsh on the skin. Maybe they need switching up

Greet location, very close to Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge.

The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful!
It was impossible to turn off the A/C unit. We didn't need heat or A/C, but the fan just blew continuously. We tried to turn it off at the wall unit but it just stayed on. We maneuvered an armchair to act as a screen between the bed & the unit. We also found the location a bit inconvenient, but maybe that's because of where we needed to be during the trip.

Breakfast was the same as most hotel breakfast. I like to consistently of supplying hot food. Also the promptness to refilling food and liquids. Morning staff was very pleasant and professional.
