just that in the room I was in had no remote for the TV, and the heat kept turning off alao the coffe machine was not working. I went.to stay at your Hotel because we had a power outage in my neighborhood.

The morning breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the location was great for my stay. And, the staff was wonderful.
The parking was pricey and the shower was not fully operational.

The room was quite comfortable.however, the heating system failed. I was changed room after four intents to find a room with the heating system working.
Breakfast was more than I needed. The service was quite efficient.
The heating system failed. I had to sleep wearing my winter coat. The recepcionist and the guard were the only human beings at the hotel and did not know how to fix it. The following day, I was moved to another room. However, the receptionist and I had to visit four rooms before we were able to find a room with the heating system working.
Cleaning was fine but they failed to do the bed and cleaning (change towels) the following day I arrived at the hotel. I spoke to the cleaning lady and thereafter, cleaning was perfect.

Prices at snack bar were outrageous. A normal bag of $6 cookies for $12!? Come on, man.?

When arriving we’re told that reservation existed, but no payment received from booking.com. To obtain room keys, my partner had to pay with her credit card to secure room keys. I contacted booking.com about stopping payment on my credit card. No one got back to me. Booking.com then proceeded to pay the hotel after we had paid. This resulted in DOUBLE PAYMENT. Please reimburse me by refunding payment amount ($209) to my credit card.
