Wonderful
All the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was tidy and clean. The breakfast was good and appropriate. Location was very good, a 10 min walk from the Atlantic Station, which leads directly to most of the lines that go to Manhattan, as well as to the LIRR, which leads down JFK.
Overall it was a very nice experience.
No complaints.

The room was quite comfortable.however, the heating system failed. I was changed room after four intents to find a room with the heating system working.
Breakfast was more than I needed. The service was quite efficient.
The heating system failed. I had to sleep wearing my winter coat. The recepcionist and the guard were the only human beings at the hotel and did not know how to fix it. The following day, I was moved to another room. However, the receptionist and I had to visit four rooms before we were able to find a room with the heating system working.
Cleaning was fine but they failed to do the bed and cleaning (change towels) the following day I arrived at the hotel. I spoke to the cleaning lady and thereafter, cleaning was perfect.

There are two metro stations nearby (about a 7–8 minute walk), and from there it’s only three stops to reach Manhattan. You can see the Manhattan skyline both from the rooftop and from the room — the rooftop is a great spot to relax in the evening, and it’s also perfect for watching the sunrise.
The room was spacious, the bed was huge and very comfortable, and there was a fridge, iron, toiletries, and plenty of both small and large towels. The window could be opened about 10 cm for ventilation. No noise from other rooms.
The reception staff were always very kind, and the neighborhood felt friendly, with several cafés and restaurants close by.
Breakfast was good to start the day: bagels, eggs, oatmeal, coffee, different milks, cereals, etc.
There was only an overhead shower, unfortunately no handheld one. Occasionally there was a smell of bacon in the hallway, but it wasn’t really disturbing and couldn’t be noticed in the room. The street was a bit noisy, but tolerable — the traffic quieted down at night and started up again in the morning.
