The staff was very nice, rooms have a great size and are comfortable. The rooftop has an amazing view to the Financial District and Brooklyn. The hotel area itself is not very close to shps and restaurants, but you can find everything a 10 minute walk from there.
Breakfast was very simple and didn't have many options. The pillows were not very good.
The closest well connected subway station is around 10 minutes walk (Atlantic terminal) which can be incoveniente late at night or in the rain.

Deeply disappointing. The staff failed at their jobs. For the price, the room was never cleaned, No clean towels until I complained twice. Leaking iron was never replaced. No one even asked how our stay was at checkout. Would not recommend.

From my very first contact with Anne all the way through to checkout, the customer service and hospitality at the Brooklyn Marriott were absolute perfection.
The room exceeded all my expectations! Every single request I made was accommodated flawlessly. The room itself was lovely—featuring a comfortable king bed, a beautiful view, and a private patio that made the stay extra special. It was so comfortable and relaxing that I honestly didn't want to leave.
I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return!

We asked to have another room because we were put in a room that was like being in the basement.they said they were all booked.the food was cold and terrible.and the lobby was hot felt like they didn’t have the air running.thinking about using another hotel the next time we’re in New York . Overall the quality of the hotel has gone down a lot!!

They accepted a resrvatuon for 5 people but when we got to the hotel there was only 2 queen beds available. No sofa bed or cot. Now they wibt even refubd my money. Even though they didnt offer accommodations we coukd even use
Everything. Lied about having accommodation for 5 people. Receptionist was rude and unconcerned about being unable to provide even a cot. And now they won't refund my money even though I had to find and pay for another hotel for the 2 days.
