I really like it !
didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have ice do give to us. They charged us 10 euros for ice. I live in the Usa and every hotel you go they give you ice ! It’s an expensive hotel.

The room was not cleaned & made for a day. Even the towels weren’t changed. Upon requesting for fresh towels, we were asked to pick them up from the reception. The next day only the bed was made but the room wasn’t cleaned. Didn’t expect this from a Marriott property.

Breakfast was great!
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite requesting a room with a microwave, it wasn't available. I had confirmed with the hotel via email that a microwave would be provided, but when I arrived, the staff seemed unconcerned. Even after showing them the email, they suggested I could cancel if I wasn't satisfied. I hope the hotel will improve its communication and service in the future.

I have booked through Booking.com mobile, and in the mobile app doesn’t tell you that you had to pay for parking. I thought everything was included and I was all set, so upon checking in I was hit with oh you have to pay for parking. I really disliked this place and would never recommend to my family and friends.
