The location was not too far from Atlantic Ave. Shopping area. The staff was courteous.
The breakfast was too repetitive. More variety is needed on the menu.

The location was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. It was a fairly short walk to the subway and to lovely cafes and restaurants. The area felt safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast options could have been a bit better (a greater array of healthy options, and more cooked options for vegetarians would have been nice). But it was still good to have breakfast included in the price.

Comfort of bed. Breakfast.
One thing I would like to question, is an additional $20 charge to our credit card? The only thing we purchased was a Diet Mountain Dew, and a water. Hard to believe you would be charging $10 per drink? Please advise!! dnmlerouax@hotmail.com or 281-667-5045

The beds were quite comfortable
Bathroom wasn’t very clean and breakfast could be a bit better… small snacks and drinks that you could buy at the reception were extremely expensive

It was easy to navigate through
Parking was unpleasant, staff was unpleasant, breakfast was unpleasant. Pay for parking that was designated for me, but upon returning back to the building, my parking spot was gone, so I had to park in a handicap spot and praying I didn’t get towed

The location good for my personal needs near family. However there is construction next door going on day and night during the week. Either that or sirens at night. Neither of which made a good nights sleep.

Overall good experience. However, shortly after I checked in the staff opened my door for other guests. Then made me prove that it was indeed my room which it was. They apologized, but I just worry about what would have happened had I not been there. It was a bit hard to feel comfortable after that.
