Breakfasts were as expected. Eating area was clean. Easy to find a place to sit down and eat. The roof top area is nice and has a good view.
There was noise issue that disturbed our sleep. There were garbage trucks and/or delivery trucks loading/unloading at a warehouse nearby. This happened usually at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. We stayed on the tenth floor and still could hear this noise.

Diego at the front desk went out of his way to take care of us by giving us the rooms we requested and managing a reservation error with professionalism and courtesy. He cared and made sure we were satisfied. Thank you, Diego!

Good location for what we needed to do in Brooklyn. Welcoming and helpful staff, clean room and it has parking (though limited, and my comments for this is also in why I didn’t like).
Parking spaces in front of the hotel was rented out and couldn’t be used by hotel guests, limiting parking spaces for the guests.

Great place. Pay for parking 2 blocks away but if you plan on taking the subway it all works out. Roof top patio is nice. Breakfast fine for most but no proteins for Vegans. Staff very friendly. Clean rooms and close to Union street subway stop so easy to get in and out of Manhattan.
