I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, and there was a terrible smell everywhere. I had to keep the windows open the whole time just to breathe better, but it didn’t help much. This is honestly the worst hotel I have ever seen. I do not recommend it to anyone

Good location, comfortable room, and attentive staff. The hotel is well located and easy to access.
The main negative point was the lack of proper cleaning. Housekeeping could be improved.

Convenient location to my siblings.
I’ve been a guest on & off over 8 years when I come back home to NYC to visit my siblings. Since the pandemic, the room fees have increased significantly. I also never realized how small the rooms are. The television screen is almost completely black. When I told the front desk, she seemed extremely disinterested. Her response was “OK”.

It was OK except the elevator keep Braking Down and no Curtains to covered the full windows so the light in the Morning was terrible couldn't sleep late .

Disappointing
The only saving grace to this visit were two of the staff. Veronica, who took care of the breakfast bar displayed exemplary customer service, even refilling the coffee and milk 15 minutes before the breakfast was too close. Aisha at the front desk took great care of us at checkout and helped us solve several problems.
The lack of general repair in the rooms - paint peeling on the ceiling, mold and rust in the bathroom as well as a lack of empowerment in the staff was very disappointing - both for the price we paid and for the usual higher standards I've come to expect from a Wyndham property.
We rented a room for 3 people - a room that was meant for up to four, and there were only 2 towels. One of the beds looked slept in (sheets were astray, not made) and the heat was turned up so high the room was stuffy and reeked of cigarette smoke..

The room appeared to be cleaned. But I had a feeling that the comforter was not washed.
The furniture in the room and bathroom were peaking. The carpet was old and coming out of the floor. The lamps were stained & dusty.

Nothing. Unfortunately, there were no positive aspects to highlight.
The experience was very bad. My room was dirty and poorly maintained. There was a serious safety issue when a man who appeared to be under the influence of drugs almost entered my room, which was extremely frightening. In addition, there is no parking available and the car must be left on the street, which made the stay even more uncomfortable and unsafe.

The location was perfect.
It's not a place where to bring kids. It's an adult only motel. They charged me almost $1,000.00 for a motel stay and it's not even a 3 ⭐. If you have an Emergency and need a place to stay, that motel is perfect. But NO KIDS please. Find another option before going to this one
