The lady at the Front Desk was very friendly and professional. She was very accommodating to my check in time since I made it a little later than expected.
The ice machine is located on the main floor but that was not a big issue.

Convenient location to my siblings.
I’ve been a guest on & off over 8 years when I come back home to NYC to visit my siblings. Since the pandemic, the room fees have increased significantly. I also never realized how small the rooms are. The television screen is almost completely black. When I told the front desk, she seemed extremely disinterested. Her response was “OK”.

Breakfast and they need to be specific about the parking area bc you'll get a ticket violation of $115 ,however, they compensated our early check-in ty
The smell in the room was awful.
Also, it said no pets were allowed. However, there was a guest with a dog in the breakfast dining room, and it wasn't a service dog.
