Room was okay, bed was comfortable but weirdly short? Appreciated that the hotel reached out to confirm check-in time and that they were able to hold our luggage even after having checked out.
The location is worse than we expected, it is not exactly close to any metro lines, it was always necessary to take the bus and getting back to the hotel every night was a bit difficult. The area was really dirty, lots of trash everywhere. Also there was a construction site right next to the hotel so the mornings were quite noisy. Had a rocky check in (were given the wrong room and had to move) and then the key cards weren't working so ended up using a physical key the whole stay.

Wonderful
Clean comfortable room with huge bed. Fridge, coffee-maker and microwave very useful. In the middle of a Hasidic Jewish area - fascinating, and the streets felt safe.

For New York, the room was quiet. Reception staff were very helpful and polite. The cleaning staff were great. The kitchen area in the room was great.
The synthetic bed covers. I would have preferred a woollen blanket.
It would be good if some cutlery, plates, bowls and more mugs were available in the kitchen. It would be better if dish cloths were available in the kitchen.

The room was clean and spacious.
There was a kitchenette in the room but no utensils at all. There were only 3 wall power sockets, one in the bathroom and two in the kitchenette which were both damaged and I did not risk to use them. Had to leave my phone in the bathroom overnight to charge. The area around the hotel was unexpectedly very dirty.

Lack of care, first night toilet was blocked, phone didn’t work in hotel room, had to ask everyday for basic necessities and worse was card for room which would need to be restarted everyday

Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Nice and welcoming staff. good location if you enjoy walking to get to places.
The street is not the cleanest but then again it is Brooklyn.
