The location is good. Close to subway and buses. A lot of shopping and restaurants.
It's kinda old. The elevator is small and not very clean. There's no coffee pot to make coffee in the room. The AC is loud.

Location is terrific. Coffee was great!
Breakfast was terrible - no fruit, poor selection, mostly processed food. No restroom on first floor. Crumbling interior - elevator rig ripped and dirty. Water leak at entrance. Maid service inconsistent. Bedding dismal - shabby not chic. Water temps - scalding or a drip of cold. Lamp didn't work - after 4 days no one brought a bulb. Grand finale - TV had 4 channels out of 47 that worked and were inconsistent.

Nice llocation. Nice neighborhood. Room was very clean upon arrival.
Room service needs improvement. I noticed my room was just tidied up, not cleaned. Towels were removed but the trash was left. CLEANING STAFF clean too late. You get back being out all day, and they are either not cleaned your room , or in your way.

It is in a neighbourhood that has a lot of restaurants, stores and convenience stores. The subway is very close by.
At times, there was the scent of smoke and marijuana in corridors.

There aren’t many choices of hotels in Bay Ridge so you’re stuck going here. It’s in a nice area.

Location
The hotel is not particularly clean, the front desk clerk ignored request for fresh full roll of toilet paper. There we less than a quarter inch of paper on the only toilet paper in the room.
