We like that it is in a good neighborhood — near the shops and subway station, and at a reasonable price.
I wish that the room is a little brighter. To make it easier to locate stuff. But other than that, all is well.

Disappointing
The hotel was under renovation, with dust everywhere and a lot of noise. However, the staff were lovely and flexible and changed my room

Breakfast was good, had number of options. Hotel people were really good and cordial. Very helpful.
Wish to see less of plastic cutlery. Room was spacious, could have been more clean. Location is quite reachable.
