Location great and central to trains/stores. Nice size room. Friendly staff.
Headboard was peeling in multiple places and had not been replaced. No individual room microwave/having to go to the lobby to use one microwave was inconvenient considering the price you pay for these rooms. Although housekeeping came daily, I did see a roach in my room. Was offered point for the inconvenience. Nice, but doesn't help.

In the room, the heater was broken and making loud crackling sounds all night. I had to unplug it to be able to sleep, and then it got cold in the room. There were drain flies all over the room. The TV did not work. The shower head was also broken.

The woman at the front desk was amazing, I didn't catch her name but she worked until about 5pm on Thursday 2/19. I came in a hot mess, having lost my wallet and having had my travel itinerary changed on me with no notice. She was patient, kind, and helpful, When it came time to check in, one patron was berating her and she handled it like an absolute pro. The bartender was also an angel and really helped turn my stressful day around. Also, if you're in the market for jewelry you should take a stroll down to Bargain Bazaar and ask for Nisha.
It can get loud. Whether it's a lack of noise proofing or bad luck to have noisy people in the room next to me it was a little frustrating. Not frustrating enough to call the front desk about it, though. I'm sure they would have assisted if I had.

Our tv did not work the entire time .. we were told we could switch rooms but we never got a new room.

The loft was very clean, spacious, and beautifully set up. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. Everything felt comfortable and well thought out.
Nothing to dislike! The only small thing was that the stay felt a bit short because we enjoyed it so much.
