Location is amazing; you have everything you need just across the street. Tons of healthy food options around, and service is awesome. They have 24/7 housekeeping, free coffee and tea, and a laptop friendly area in the lobby.
The room was small to open a big luggage and we didn't like the bathroom door, but everything else was great.

The room was spacious and clean, with excellent amenities. The gym is fully equipped with free weights and a cable crossover machine, which is great for cable pulls and variety. The location is also extremely convenient.

Sink was clogged up, blinds didn’t work so we were stuck with sunlight, loud slamming of doors and dirty linen

I thought the location of the hotel was incredible. I was at a short walk to the subway, and across the street for a shopping mall. Which I needed and took advantage of both during my stay. Bed, bedding, and pillows were comfortable. Perhaps my favorite thing were the pillows.
The one thing I didn't like was the noise traveling from one bedroom to the other. I would think it was because of the door connecting the two rooms. I ended up putting a bathroom towel at the bottom of the door, and I think it helped a little.
