Wonderful
Great location in Brooklyn. Clean facilities. Across the street from a little park. Also very close to lots of eating options and shopping, and public transportation.
Small rooms. Housekeeping came in the late afternoon.

Staff was wonderful. The room was very comfortable, but it is loud even on the 17th floor so if you’re a light sleeper it might be a problem. Nice that they provided free bottled water and had a pool table and other games in the lobby. We requested the maid service twice during our 5-day stay and were very happy with how the room was claeaned/made up.
Nothhing really, we had a great time.

Not much, Property is rundown, shower handle loose, coffee downstairs is like mud, no bar service on a Saturday night??? Staff very good at front desk but Marriott would not be proud of this property!

Amazing location. Price factor was on par. Great view of the sunrise and with natural light streaming in. Everything is walkable with multiple subway stations around. Target, Trader Joes, all within a few paces.
The only issue was that the basin was stuck a bit but we managed and didn't bother to let housekeeping know. Am sure if notified, they would've fixed it.

Location is really good
Water had no pressure , cheap finishes , irregular WiFi, except for one girl that help us a lot , staff is moody, they don’t seem to understand that they are working with people. We went on our anniversary and arrive early and the person at the counter , named Steve , did not book our room and we arrive later that night to be accommodated in a double room with small beds . The lady that was at the counter rearrange us to be at a suite next day but the shower on that room was bad , you had to leave the shower open for Long time to see some water coming but you could not flush the toilet or open the faucet ! The water would go out .Iván, the handy man in charge , was helpful but could not do much. The air conditioner was pretty noisy , the mini fridge was noisy … don’t try calling the counter , nobody answers

I liked the location and view from my window. The room was comfortable and I had it serviced everyday.
The mattress needed to be replaced. I had to turn the mattress around to avoid a big dip in the mattress. The outside windows also needed cleaning.
