Location. Lobby. Likes that you can buy breakfast items.
Very noisy AC kept me awake! Seriously noisy not just a humming. Mediocre towels only one small towel and one hand towel per guest. Bathroom layout awkward with heavy sliding door hard to open and close (no bottom track). How is this small room a loft? High ceiling but otherwise cramped.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was convenient (easy access to restaurants, shopping and subway), and the bed was comfortable.
Room fixtures and furnishings are uninspiring--they're not very artful, or calming, or luxurious or anything--just kind of meah at best. Black tile on the bathroom floor was dreary (and made cleanliness seem questionable). There was room for an easy chair or something besides the bed to sit on, but nothing was provided. Overall fine for a short stay when you're not going to spend much time in the room.

The rooms are spacious and the location is safe and well lit to walk around at night.
The hotel has an on-call car service for the airport.

Truly I have no complaints or concerns, the aircon can be quite loud but otherwise it was fine.

I did not get to stay at the property. They canceled my reservation without my knowledge and had nothing to do to accommodate me.

I didn’t like anything bar in the location
I don’t think the TV didn’t work the cooker didn’t work. It was filthy. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. The Aircon didn’t work.
There’s no pots or pans there’s no washing up liquid there’s no cleaning product
There’s no cups or glasses
Any pots and pans are old scratched and dirty
Inside the cupboard with the filth
The whole house is dilapidated
