Location close to subway, Dumbo, Brooklyn Bridge and ports.
The Booking room reservation is MISLEADING. It states that if you choose the "No breakfast included option" you can, by paying ten dollars per person per day, access the breakfast buffet.
At reception we were informed that since we chose the no breakfast option, if we wanted to eat from the buffet we had to pay full price (not 10 as stated here). We were also told that the only way to use the other option would have been to choose the "breakfast included" option, and even then we would still have had to pay the $10 per person per day; and to make matters worse, being 4 person in our room, that option would have only been good for 2 people, not all 4. Once again, the other 2 people would have had to pay FULL PRICE. What kind of arrangement is that?
The other issue we had is that the cleaning staff consistently left only one or two towels in the room, so after coming back tired from a long day I had to go all the way back down to ask for the miasing towels.
I will definitely not be staying at resorts of this brand again.

I booked 2 rooms when I got there one was cancelled although I called and sent an email letting them know the flight was coming in late. I also did the check in for 10 but they cancelled the other room at 8pm

When there was free coffee in the morning it out as great. It depended a little on who was at the desk. Fitness space was als great. A little small but fortunately not so busy. Great location.
The reception desk wasn't always as efficient as you might expect. You always got different answers to the same request. Things that were not possible were suddenly easily solved depending on who was working.
We stayed 3 nights and only had hot showers 1 or 2 times. Supposedly that was due to maintenance but I think it was a regular problem.
We had a room for 4 which was small or just big enough, depending on your needs.

Dingier than shown in the pictures. Many guests didn’t have hot water for several days. We were fortunate to have hot water but did not have a working tv.
