Location and style/vibe of the hotel was great.
My room was for light sleepers, I could hear people walking and talking loud. Someone walking with high heels sounded like they were in the same room with me.

My purpose was the scenery from the rooftop, but the rooftop had an event and I couldn’t enter the rooftop.
And it says we can eat breakfast at the rooftop, but in reality it never provide breakfast there and it’s closed.
If I knew that, I didn’t book this hotel. I’ll never recommend this hotel at all.

The staff is great! The room was clean. The Manager, Mercedes was accommodating, and professional.

The person who checked us in was brilliant!
While we were there the elevators didn’t work, no cafes and or restaurants open early, so you can’t get anything before 7AM. We had an early flight and left at 6.45 and no option for breakfast or coffee. They appeared to be having issues with their tech during our stay, room keys not working. The rooms are not well insulated so every car or truck that passes by you can hear through the night. For the money it’s just not good enough. It could be great, but there are to many aspects letting it down.
