Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The woman who was in charge of the breakfast area was attentive and very hospitable.
Great atmosphere, I was there for a friend’s 50th Birthday party and decided to book a room so I didn’t have to travel home late. The property is in the cut( you need to know how to get there. That’s the only thing I didn’t like.

The property was clean. Staff was very friendly. We liked that there was free breakfast and Dunkin nearby.
We came for Christmas so the location wasn't very close to Manhattan, but it was definitely manageable

The staff was friendly and accommodating and allowed me to check in early. The hotel was very nice. It was clean. The sitting areas in the lobby are very comfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast had a nice variety to choose.
The room next door was noisy with yelling and banging on walls. The room above mine had kids stomping or running around 12 am in the morning. I couldn’t sleep. Had to call the front desk to address the guest.

This was my first time ever in NYC and this hotel was incredible. Every single staff member that I encountered was so welcoming and friendly. The hotel had great parking, very clean and modern. I also felt extremely safe staying there. You need a room key to enter the hotel after certain hours and to use the elevator which I thought was a great safety feature. The free breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. So many choices. I cannot say enough good things about this property and the people working there. Thank you for making my first trip a great one!

I liked that I had key conveniences in my room and the cleaning staff were very responsive.
That the bathroom tub needs a mat inside to avoid slipping and injury as the floor too smooth. Also that the rates change daily so the lack of a set rate once booked is very discouraging. My first nights were $199.99 plus taxes and with days for the very same room it increased to $439.99 a night. That is unjust. So I had to leave.
