Very small, bathroom not cleanest. Plexiglass for check-in and locked tissue dispensers in hotel room. Really did not like room. Very outdated look. Not sure if the area was the best. I don

The staff are the highlight of this hotel. Everyone is extremely nice! The 24-hour coffee service in the lobby is also great! The free parking is also nice, although the lot is certainly a bit tiny. Free breakfast is also a plus, although there are not many options.
The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, but they allow smoking in the parking lot which is right next to the windows for many rooms since the hotel is only 2 stories tall. I have asthma and woke up in an asthma attack because someone was smoking right outside my window. I ended up having to move rooms because it came in so strong. Improving the seal around the windows may help, but I would like to see the entire property be non-smoking, not just the rooms. This would be much more accommodating for guests with asthma and those generally looking to avoid cancer-causing smoke. The rooms could also use some updating. The floor was falling apart in the upstairs room I was moved to. It seems like cheap vinyl flooring that tabs together, and all of the tabs are coming apart.

The lady who serves breakfast in the morning is so nice and she goes out of her way to make sure everything is fine I really appreciate her service also the guards at the front desk treat me as if I lived there I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

I didn’t like they provided one good large enough room but second room was not good small so my family didn’t like it as I booked two rooms. They should give same room if we booked with same booking ID. Please don’t create disparity. Apart from that overall was good experience.
