During my stay at this hotel, I experienced several situations that I consider important to formally mention. Upon arrival, they could not find my reservation, even though I had made four bookings through Booking.com. After this issue was resolved, the room that was assigned to me had a broken air conditioner. When I contacted the front desk, they advised me to open the window and said they would send a fan while someone repaired it, but that assistance never arrived.
Later, I requested a room change. Although I was given a different room, the air conditioner made considerable noise and, even so, the room remained hot. In addition, it was possible to clearly hear conversations from other people in the hallways, which affected my rest.
I believe these situations should be taken into account to improve the guest experience.
