Not a safe environment nor is it a clean facility. Very filthy and a horrible stale odor as soon as the lobby doors open. Floors in private room were sticky and disgusting. Nothing was properly cleaned or sanitized before arrival. Shower rod was hanging on by cracked sheetrock, sofa was stained with soo many stains it was a health hazard. After 1st night of disinfecting and cleaning on my own dime and time we decided to cut the stay and check out in the middle of the night. Should not be listed as a hotel as this is a place for displaced people who may be transitioning or on hard times. Not a safe family environment with the constant drug activity and lurking transients.

I am soooooo disappointed with this hotel,,SMH!! As a traveler thinking this would be a good spot for a week was the WORSE ( CARPET SMELL FEET/BODY ODOR ASS,, NO HOT WATER FOR 2-DAYS ,,TRASH ALL IN PARKING LOT ,, MARIJUANA SMELL IN THE HALLWAY, POLICE WAS THERE 3-NIGHTS OF MY WEEK STAY ,,JUST SIMPLY DISGUSTING

Room was comfortable and clean for the most part.
The 3rd floor seems to be mostly clients with pets. I had no pets and did not appreciate the smell of dogs during my stay. There was some dark stain around the tub tile.

Close to a Wawa and not too far from the highway.
I was upgraded to a king bed which I thought was nice since the queen room I requested wasn’t available. Everything looked great at first until I walked into the bathroom. There was no vanity. Nowhere to put any of my stuff. Barely fit a toothbrush. No exaggeration. Just a sink you would find in a dive bar. The light was on the opposite wall above the toilet not even above the sink/mirror. So thank goodness I had the kitchen countertops because that’s where I had to get ready while turning around to use the bathroom mirror from a distance. Utterly frustrating. The electric in the bathroom didn’t work either. I was staying only one night and by myself thank goodness. But if anyone else has an extended stay or family it’s a nightmare.

The reason I booked this hotel is the location of the hotel in the budget. It is a little bit far from the Newyork city. And we use the NJ Transit train to commute to the city.
The rooms were clean. Breakfast is included. Coffee, muffins, Nutri bars are provided for the breakfast.
Staff is friendly and supportive.
In my view, some more items would have been provided for the breakfast.

Very poor. Even you go during the breakfast time 7-9:30am you don’t find anything expect for coffee without creamer.

The room.was clean. All amenities were available.
Once again there was no breakfast food left.by 8,:30 AM. Grab and go breakfast time is 6AM to 9:30 AM. They should just advertise as first come, first serve!

The host wasn’t friendly at all - he didn’t greet us when we arrive at the counter , barely spoke to us- like we were bothering him to check into the hotel.
The property and inside the hotel was very dirty. Pieces of trash in the hallway on the 2nd floor, the room still has some kind of dried up white stuff on it . The toilet had hair on it . The refrigerator had an odor when you open it.
We had to check out early- the next morning after we just arrived . The two host ladies that were checking us out , were friendly and nice.

Nothing really.
Breakfast was a joke. No coffee available and some crushed nutrigrain bars and prepackaged muffins for breakfast options. Saw a cockroach in the lobby upon check in. If we hadn't been traveling for 24 hours I would not have stayed there.

Disappointing
I returned to the hotel about 2:00am and the main entrance was locked. The desk never told me how to manage that. My room card only opened the exterior door. I was very tired and had to go to work in 4 hours. After about 15 minutes fooling with the lobby door I took a walk around the corner and found a side entrance that was open. No staff in sight. Not happy!
