Wonderful
The hotel was very clean and quiet. The front desk staff were very welcoming too. I liked the reception area. It was a nice place to meet and hang out after we arrived. The room was very nice and spacious. We had a king bed room. If I return to this area again, I will definitely stay here again.
The light is the bedroom was a little dim. It would be better to use a higher wattage bulb.
That was the only thing and it was a minor thing.

Great location. Walking distance from shops and food. We always look for breakfast included with our stay.
The room appearance was great. The bed was horrible. We sank in the middle and it felt boxy. The shower didn't get HOT and the flow pressure was WEAK.

The spaciousness and layout of the room I occupied were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Checking in went smoothly. The hotel itself was nicely decorated.
Unfortunately, the parking lot had not been cleared of snow, and I had to walk through piles of slush. The elevator and room were both frigid when I first entered, although I was able to warm the room up fairly quickly. At breakfast, one staff member engaged some people who were dining in a very loud and disruptive conversation. She kept asking them amplified questions about their work. It seemed as if the people were humoring her, not interested in participating and she was not reading the room. She was so loud, it was hard to relax. The breakfast options were minimal.

Nothing. My bathroom (Rm 301) was flushing by itself every 30 minutes or so. I forgot to report it. You might want to fix it ASAP to save water. The noise it makes wasn't too disturbing to me. I slept through it with no problems. All in all, it's a good value.

The hall next door was beautiful. If your having a wedding or party that’s the place to keep it. It was beautiful! The food was good as well.
