The room was very spacious. We didn't feel "cramped" in any way. The lighting was also arranged very nicely. In other words, turning on the desk light while I worked on my laptop did not "flood" the room with lighting so that my wife could not sleep.
The box of tissues in the bathroom was more than three-quarters of the way gone. At least, if a new "spare" box had been available, that wouldn't have been so bad. And if this is my only negative comment, I think the Wilshire did well!

It was clean and comfortable. All the staff with which I interacted were very pleasant and accommodating. I liked the neighborhood in which was located and the fact it was very close to a number of restaurants and department stores such as Target. And quiet. Even though there was a wedding going on when I arrived Friday evening, I was not Disturbed at All by it
I had some difficulties with the card keys to the room, and apparently I wasn't the only one so I'm not sure what happens with them. It took multiple tries to get it to finally click and open mess I wish satisfied I will once I turn them all on

Clean spacious room
Very loud tv in lobby with no one watching such couldn’t hear the front desk Booked two separate nights with booking . Com and front desk staff had trouble understanding and expected me to check in the next day too Second day breakfast had no eggs or breakfast meat just a funny little blintz

The hotel was extremely clean and has all of the modern conveniences with a fridge and microwave in each spacious room.

The location is great, super close to the main street and a park.
The rooms and facilities were clean. Seems like a mostly well kept hotel.
Breakfast is lacking - the breakfast meat I'm pretty sure was "SPAM" (canned meat). It looked gross and inedible.
Otherwise it was bagels, eggs, cereal. I would call it "ok-ish"
The AC in the rooms are OLD - and you can smell that. The whole room smells stale. They are also super loud, old , in wall type units.
The shower heads are awful - for women trying to wash their hair - it's really tough.
