Disappointing
Location was where we needed to be for a funeral. It was clean and quiet.
There were no USB ports & we didn't expect that since every hotel we stayed in recently had them. Also the heater would make a terrible prolonged noise every time it came on which woke me up several times. I needed a good night's sleep and didn't get it. There was an incredibly cold draft coming from underneath the heating unit although the room was warm. The windows had ice forming all around the frame.

Usually have ala cart. Starbuck breakfast was different. It was good
Ice machines were not on the 2nd floor. Receptionist encounter was negative. She had an attitude. I had 2 irons that didn't work

The fact that the pool was closed was a total inconvenience. No compensation was offered for the last minute closing of the pool. The wifi freezes on the television alot and you can't control the thermostat that they say you can.. they gotta do better

We were hoping to be able to go to the bar and get a nightcap for the night but apparently the bar tender called off and no one else was covering. I feel like the price is a little high for what the hotel room offers.

Booked rooms for 6 adults+6 kids and selected 2 beds for each room ,when we arrive hotel staff said '' you booked 2 beds for each room but available only one bed in the rooms . " it was around 11 pm ,everybody was tired and did not argued with her

Decent location, decent price.
Outside of tub near floor needs cleaning. Missing grout of bathroom floor.
Mattress needs to be turned or replaced; there's a valley in the optimal TV viewing spot.
Room right above mine - the occupants were stomping, or 'something', the first 6 hours I was there.
Needs a microwave.
