Room layout was fantastic, room was clean and comfortable and had very good temperature control
It would be nice to have two glasses in each room, I had to go to the bar to borrow glasses and had some trouble doing so initially.

the hotel clean from the moment I checked in the bathroom was immaculate, and all the common areas were well maintained.
I did have one disappointing experience. One of the housekeeping staff members was not welcoming when I requested additional towels. She seemed unpleasant and did not respond in a friendly or courteous manner. A simple smile and a more positive attitude would have made a big difference.

I stood and waited to order food - from the bistro- with my 7 year old. The woman was on the phone, told me to give her a second. I waited 10 minutes, listening to her private/personal conversation, before I just ordered food from Grubhub

A $50 charge was taken from my debit card. The refrigerator in my room didn’t work. When I tried to open refrigerator door, the refrigerator shiifted, causing refrigerator to move and disturb refrigerator cabinet housing. I brought incident to front desk person.
