The hotel was ok. Wish we could have had room service.
The porcelain soap dish fell off the wall while i was in the shower and hit my foot. You can tell it was glued back up a few times. Very dangerous and i didn't even touch it. Must have been the heat from the shower. I was shocked especially as much as the room cost per night.

Disappointing
Location was where we needed to be for a funeral. It was clean and quiet.
There were no USB ports & we didn't expect that since every hotel we stayed in recently had them. Also the heater would make a terrible prolonged noise every time it came on which woke me up several times. I needed a good night's sleep and didn't get it. There was an incredibly cold draft coming from underneath the heating unit although the room was warm. The windows had ice forming all around the frame.

Usually have ala cart. Starbuck breakfast was different. It was good
Ice machines were not on the 2nd floor. Receptionist encounter was negative. She had an attitude. I had 2 irons that didn't work
