I loved how the valet service was included in the price of the stay. I loved how if you didn't choose valet the self parking option was right on the property and your room key gave you access. That was wonderful. The garage was a little tight to get through but no problem. Access to the parking garage from the elevator was super convenient. Breakfast was wonderful. The front desk employees were nice as well. The cleaning staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
I did not like that the garbage disposal made our room smell horrible. It didn't contain a top so it was something. Something we had to smell night and day. There were no pans ( not pots) in the room. I has to leave to purchase new pans. Which essentially was a waste of money because of the type of cook top it was. The pots were in such terrible shape that the fire alarms set off. After the first time we were called over again when the alarm wasn't sounding in our room and then maintenance showed up. Again an inconvenience because we were not dressed (I wasn't) for visitors. The shower did not have very good water pressure. And once we ran the dishwasher, there was so much crap left in the garbage disposal (hence the bad smell) that it was filled in the sink. Overall as far as the property and cleanliness it was wonderful. The other things made our stay not as good as we would have liked.
