I loved the suit. It was definitely worth the price for my families comfort. Everything worked wonderfully. The staff was great. I truly appreciated the security as well. Closed gate and room key access to get in the hotel from the garage made me feel more comfortable going to and from my car. The hot breakfast was also appreciated.
The shower head was uncomfortable to bath my little ones.

The property seemed safe, didn’t have to worry about my car being broken into or anything sketchy. Very easy to access the highway. Room was pretty clean with nice views. Ice machine worked very well
Extra charge for early check in wasn’t my favorite but had no where else to go so just accepted it. We were given a handicap accessible room so the shower was larger but there was also water pooled all over the floor even though there was a drain for that. Pancakes for the breakfast buffet were very rubbery.

The room is spacious and the cleanliness is excellent. Just 2 minutes from the hotel there is bus 167 that goes all the way to Manhattan
Breakfast is served in disposable dishes. You don't get mineral water in the room and there is no cleaning service and changing towels every day

Perfect location, clean and spacious room, and a very comfortable bed. The staff was quick to accommodate our requests. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the valet parking was a nice plus.
Unfortunately, our arrival experience was not pleasant. The receptionist was rude and did not smile, and he seemed uncomfortable when I asked about the difference between the price I initially booked on Booking.com and the higher amount that appeared after the free cancellation period ended. It was already late to look for another hotel, and canceling would have meant paying the full amount, which was frustrating. This seems to be a Booking.com issue, but it still affected our experience. Additionally, the room had a very bad smell when we arrived; we had to call reception so someone could come with an air freshener. Breakfast was also very crowded, likely due to the high season, which made it less enjoyable.

Location and parking.
There was no hot water and we requested blankets/towels multiples times and nobody brought it. Luckily we found a housekeeper in the hallway to help us. As an Hilton Honors member I’m incredibly disappointed in so many ways. We also included in the reservation we were celebrating my birthday and nothing was done at all to make it feel special.

The room and the breakfast. It was great to get tea when you wanted it and nice to have it available. I definitely got a great rest.
The pool water was too cold so I didn’t swim. I was looking forward to using the pool though. I wish the water was heated. The key pad to enter from out the garage sometime work and sometime do not.
