The first room they gave me smell like cigarette smoke the elevator smelled like weed smoke the second room it was okay the breakfast okay could have been better

I love staying here.
The only problem I had this time is that the elevator was not working and most of the time I had to use the stairs to get to my room which was located on the 3rd floor. No one never said anything about the elevator being out when I booked & we had to pay in full no compensation.

Wonderful
Whoever decided to put a chest of drawers where clothes can be hung, was not thinking and ignored women needs to hang dresses; there is not enough space length wise for even jackets, blouses, shirts, etc. To have hooks across from it is not convenient. I always stayed at this hotel even before Best Western took over & it was not like this. This was POOR planning by Best Western during the renovation.
