I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful. The location is great, with many good restaurants nearby. There’s also a bus stop right behind the hotel that takes you to Manhattan in just about 25 minutes, making it very easy to reach the Times Square area. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!
Nothing major, but the shower could have a bit more water pressure, and it would be even better if the rooms didn’t have carpet.

The location was great. Loved that the parking was covered and it was free! Was close to the city
That I couldn’t add a 4 th person without being charged even though there was room to add them! It was my husband and myself and two kids but they wanted to charge for second child. Thought that was ridiculous

Great stay. The staff was kind and always helpful, the beds were comfortable and it was surrounded by tons of restaurants.

The property was perfectly located close to all amenities and bus to New York. The hot water was a hot and miss on most days and toilet backed up on our 5th floor but they fixed it. English was a problem for a lot of the staff. Seems they only speak Spanish

Deposit could be less, in comparison to adjacent hotels where it is a fixed amount in total and not per night.

Very friendly and helpful front desk woman. It was in a nice area with a selection of chain restaurants within walking distance. We felt very safe walking if in the area.
