The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff we had contact with were truly professional and friendly. The room was more than what we needed, and the space was appreciated.
The location was a bit off the beaten path, but manageable. The hotel is a bit aged, but very clean!

location was great close to the job. breafast was excellent. its always great to still at this location.
The service is great and the room are alaways nice and clean the house keeper are very nice.
i made the arrangement before hand made the payment for the room. arrive there and one the customer service was so rude and had me do everything over. i had send her the credit card authorization forms. And i was charge for the rooms with my credit card. when the company had already done the arrangments before my stay.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. They double charged my card without any prior warning or explanation, and when I contacted them to resolve the issue, they had the audacity to tell me it was a “computer glitch” and that “glitches happen.” As if that wasn’t bad enough, I ended up suffering significant foreign exchange loss because of their mistake. The amount for my stay plus the deposits of 250 worked up close to USD 1k. Imagine they doubled charged. They offered no compensation and they had the nerve to tell me all they could do was reverse the charge — which is useless since the damage had already been done! I was left with no recourse and no accountability from their side. The complete lack of responsibility or effort to make things right is beyond frustrating. They just shrugged it off as if it were nothing, offering nothing but a half-hearted “SORRY.” This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, and I will never stay here again. Avoid this place at all costs!

The beds were nice.
The kitchenette was a great convenience.
The beds were nice, but not the pillows.
There was hair in the shower drain.
The loction made me uneasy & we paid $50 for a delivered pizza.
The absolute worst, though, was a shocking $250 deduction from my checking account for "incidentals." My checking account will be short that amount for up to 7 days?

Hotel was convenient location.
The bathroom was cleaned with bleach beforehand and was not aired out afterwards so the room smelt like bleach the entire day/night and it was not pleasant to sleep or shower or use the bathroom. We had to leave the window cracked.

I wish there was a restaurant on the property--and free breakfast --but the staff were wonderful---Especially Jeta, I forgo the other staff member's name.
The room was clean and the parking lot was convenient--
We enjoyed a wonderful--stay.

staff was very friendly, and process of check in and out went flawlessly
location is perfect and very close to Walmart super center , American dream mall and close to New York
You must have a car as the area is considered a construction area, so don't expect a lot of public transportations around.
Air conditioner had a very noisy and loud voice, it was doing the job but the machine really looks ages years old.
bathroom sink tap sometimes didn't flow hot water and you have to wait for minutes to get hot water flow in the sink.

The hotel was fairly clean, especially considering its proximity to Manhattan. The free parking was a great perk, allowing us to leave our car safely and commute to New York City every day during our 4-day stay.
However, the room’s radiator was incredibly noisy, making it feel like we were staying in a factory. Since it was extremely cold outside, we had no choice but to keep it on, which made it difficult to rest. This is something the hotel staff should definitely look into.
Overall, it was a decent stay with some key advantages, but the noise from the heating system needs to be addressed.
