The truth is that this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. If you are a tourist and want to go to Manhattan by bus, you will have to walk 20 minutes to the nearest bus stop and to return to the hotel you will have to walk 20 minutes daily. It is frustating,you feel tired and insecure because is a lonely area, in which you will not feel safe, much less if you go with your family. If you want to have breakfast you have no options in the hotel...except a store with very few extremely expensive items, the same with the lunch and dinner. If you ask at the reception they will calmly tell you to use Uber or any application to resolve. As a suggestion, I understand that the hotel should provide the guest with transportation to the nearest bus stop as a courtesy.The hotel should have a restaurant that provides the guest the ease of being able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, so that this way you feel you don't have to wait for delivery. Really,I do not recommend the hotel if you want to go as a tourist .

Staff were nice.
Near Nothing...an industrial zone. Smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. Not even a coffee machine, I mean, what would that cost to have ready coffee ? Why must I brew it in the room ? I need to make a double trip to change towels! I can go on and on. The bed was shaky, and the mattress was worn out.

The shower curtain was moldy and had to be removed as one in our party is very allergic. It took hours. We also requested extra pillows. 2 hours later after the second request, they brought us one and said that was all they had. I had received and gift certificate from Marriott which they wouldnt accept. Also most of the times that we went by the front desk there was no one there. Very disappointed. I expected more from a Marriott hotel.
